Time for a lie down…

Last night was the choir’s third and final festive performance of 2014. We sang in West Quay next to Santa’s Grotto and brought a bit of a capella magic to the place. Well done all for the truly uplifting rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus. Saturday’s free lunchtime concert at Southampton City Art Gallery was pretty packed. The Mayor loved it. 12 days to go

There are now twelve days until Delicious Sounds Choir sings in public for the first time. The Mayor will be coming to support the free lunchtime concert at Southampton City Art Gallery on Saturday 13th December at 1pm. I have contacted the Mayor’s charities; The Rainbow Project and Suthampton Samaritans as we will be making a collection for them. The concert will be festive with a twist (have you ever heard Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus with djembe drumming before?!)
