Three Rehearsals Left!

I find the process of teaching songs to a choir fascinating. I enjoy the challenge of handing over each song part to you singers, then the enjoyment (and relief!) when you sing the parts back to me in 3 or 4 part harmony, mostly with frowns of concentration on your faces. My co-teacher, Sandra, is a real asset to the process. Choir, Coffee and Cake!

Join Delicious Sounds Choir  this Saturday 15th November, 11am, at  Caffe Momento, Guildhall Square. Adam Barnes will be there with his  camera capturing the social side to Delicious Sounds Choir. Prep for next week

Great rehearsal last night. That Hallelujah Chorus is beginning to rock rather than be rocky! We have now sung in part all of the songs from this term’s repertoire. For next week please will you prep the following: Hallelujah Chorus – Consolidate ‘The kingdom of this world’; familiarise next section ‘King of Kings’ to end ‘Hallelujahs’. First Choir Coffee Morning and combined Photoshoot!
